Instructions to Enter Additional Questions

Up to 12 additional questions can be included in a Likert scale format. Unlike our previous evaluation system, you cannot change the Likert choices, but students will be able to add comments. You can also add one short answer question. To add additional questions:
  1. After you complete the objective selections, expand the area that says 'Customize Your Additional Course Questions.' You will find the option to add up to 12 Likert questions, followed by one short answer question. Use only as many as you would like. 
  2. To edit a question, select customize near the questions you would like to add. This will open a window where you can add the text you would like. 
  3. Select enter and it will be included in your custom question list. Custom questions do not contribute to your score, but can provide valuable information about specific aspects of your course.
